We pride ourselves on offering specialist care to every patient, and have a Patient Co-ordinator who works with patients and their families to make their stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
We are able to assist international patients with accommodation, local travel arrangements, interpreting services, arranging medical appointments and hospital admission.
Our patients and their families can obtain access to medically-trained interpreters for a variety of languages. Many of our doctors and nurses also speak languages other than English.
Chapel, Multi-Faith Prayer Room and Religious Representatives
At The Rowan Suite, we recognise that religion and belief play important roles in the lives of individuals.
Therefore, we are committed to helping and supporting patients and families in any needs that they may have, whatever their religion or belief. If you wish to be visited by a representative of your faith please let a member of staff know and we will arrange this for you.
Our Chapel and multi-faith room are open from 6am to 9pm for private prayer and reflection. The room is equipped with a divider (if required), prayer mats and a wash basin.

International Insured Patients
At The Rowan Suite, we understand that navigating the UK healthcare system can be challenging for members. That is why we have an Patient Co-ordinator who can assist patients with international insurance.
We can assist patients/insurers with the following:
- Appointment with a GP
- Appointment with an appropriate specialist consultant
- Arrange hospital admission
- Assist with the ‘Letter of Guarantee’ process
- Liaise with consultants regarding billing and any other issues
- Bespoke case management for complex, high acuity admissions via. a dedicated ‘case manager’ contact
- Assist with interpreter services where available
