If you are a self-paying patient at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, it will mean that you are in control of all of your costs. Prior to any procedure that you undergo, the team at the hospital will discuss with you and give you an estimated price for your treatment. You will be required to make a pre-payment prior to your outpatient appointment or admission.
All new patients are required to pay a one-off administration fee. On the 1st April each year, the hospital tariffs are adjusted to incorporate inflation into the prices.
All procedures quoted are an estimated cost which covers accommodation, nursing care, meals, and any tests conducted during your Inpatient stay. Inpatient and day-case patients will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the estimated total cost of treatment prior to admission to the ward. Any additional charges incurred above the estimated total cost of treatment must be paid post procedure, a final invoice will be produced once discharged from the Rowan Suite.
