Impact of coronavirus at the Rowan Suite

Question; Will i be on the Rowan Suite for the duration of my stay? Answer; There may be occasions that the Rowan Suite is at full capacity, therefore you will be admitted to a more appropriate ward. 

A key commitment to our private patient offer is that your procedure/surgery will always be undertaken by the named consultant for your care. 

Question; Can my loved ones join me for a meal during my Inpatient stay? Answer; Relatives of patients can place their meal orders with our hostess at the same time as the patient's meal order, allowing them to enjoy their meals together. Relatives are responsible for covering the cost of their meals themselves, either by cash or debit/credit card. Insurance companies do not reimburse expenses for meals for family members.
